
James Berry
Director of the UCL MBA and Faculty in Organisations and Innovation
With an expansive background in areas such as consulting, R&D leadership and software, Dr. Berry brings an applied perspective to the classroom.
His research interests include creativity and innovation, and, specifically, the evolution of ideas – from genesis to evaluation to selection to implementation. He has worked closely with companies, organisations and entrepreneurs to navigate and mediate growth and innovation issues.
Dr. Berry comes to UCL from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he completed his PhD in Organizational Behavior.
