Davide Ravasi

Professor in Strategy and Entrepreneurship

Dr. Ravasi has focused his research on the interrelations among organisational identity, culture and strategy in times of change. More broadly, he is interested in the cultural-cognitive processes that generate and shape new objects and practices. • Journal of Business Venturing.

Before joining UCL, Dr. Ravasi was Professor of Management at the Cass Business School in London. He also taught at Bocconi University (Milano), where he studied his PhD in Business Administration and Management.

He is also Distinguished Visiting Professor at the Aalto School of Business, Helsinki, and has been visiting the Rotterdam School of Management, the Copenhagen Business School, the University of Lugano and at the International Hellenic University of Thessaloniki.

Dr. Ravasi is a co-editor of The Oxford Handbook of Organizational Identity. His work has appeared in a range of publications, including:
